Expert: Dr Anand Shroff, MD, FICS - 11/1/2009
Question Which is the currently situation of laser surgery to change eye colour? Has been devoloped? When it will be avalaible? I heard a company in California called lumineyes which is developing this technology.
Is it far to being aproved by FDA?
BEST REGARDS
Answer Dear Alberto,
I do not think any FDA approved laser technology is available today to change the colour of the eyes.
My personal opinion is better to use coloured contact lenses which are safe and temporary.
Best,
Dr Shroff
