Dr. you asked Karen a question and if I may, can I just say I also have these same symptoms and my situation occured afterI had a surgery done, then upon awakening from under the anesthesia my right eye was very painful and burned so much I could hardly open my eyes or even sleep. I didn't have this condition before the anesthesia, what happened? My Dr prescribed an antibiotic which I take at bedtime to help me during the night which is the only time the erosion occur.
