Ophthalmology & Optometry/Cararact removal & eyeglasses

I had cataract removal on L eye, 2 yrs ago & mow have 20/25 vision in this eye.
I will be having R cataract removal on right eye ( 20/50 ) in 2 wks.
Will I be able to wear my present eyeglasses until eye heals for new glasses with comfort ?
Should I expect to be uncomfortable with new vision/sight  without glasses until I can have new glasses ?
Thank you

After your other eye is done you will no doubt need a different prescription or none at all, except perhaps for reading.   If you are uncomfortable with the glasses while you are healing, gave the optical person remove the right lens until you are ready for a permanent prescription.  Hope this helps.    Dr Berger
