Question
Respected sir
Recently i have made an eye check up. I am having current power on both of my eyes are
Right: Sph: -2.75 , cyl:-2.0 ,Axis:180
Left:  Sph:-2.50, cYL:--2.25, Axis:180

past i had following power in my eyes for 5 years
Right: Sph: -2.50 , cyl:-2.25 ,Axis:180
Left:  Sph:-2.75, cYL:--2.50, Axis:180

Since i have been checked up my eyes, 20days before i made new pair of glasses as i mentioned above. At initially i had been problem with my vision like narrow image appears in front of my eyes so i again rushed to optician who made my glasses for proper centration of my glasses but all found correct and power of glasses also. While probing the glasses it is found that right glass is much more flatter than left glass but both are  1.56 index glasses. so i want to know that due to this reason narrow images appears or may cause any problem.I having no problem with current power so as vision is clear no stain or fatigue feels also.Has there any  problem occurs if one glass is Aspheric and other is spherical glasses or eyes can adapt the changes soon ,which may not affect to eyes at later stage? So please sir give me necessary solution to  prevent from problem occurring at later stages.
Thanking you...

yours sincerely

Answer
Since your prescription shows minimal change the image dilation has to be one of the following: 1.  Material  2, grinding curvature called base curves i.e. flatter or steeper curvature lenses, 3. Decentration or unwanted prismatic effect. 4.  Thickness 5. Pantoscopic angle  ( tilt toward or away from face)   6.  Size of frame.  These are the most common areas of problem that could possibly cause your symptoms.   Get
It checked out.  Good luck. Dr ken
