Ophthalmology & Optometry/Seeing black dot(s) comes and goes

I have vistreous detachment for 2 yrs, then developed inflammation (uveitis iritis ) had also No stitch   PSC servery been on predforte for 5 months due to inflammation done blood tests all normal. I saw my dr last week after one week with no steroid drops he said no inflammation only old cells .
Now it's been 2 weeks since I saw my dr starting Friday I been having dull pain kinda sore and I'm seeing black dots sometimes only one black dot and sometimes more than one they look like I'm seeing my own pupil. Could be the inflammation again Im scared I'm having retina detachment !!! I'm not in town to see my own dr.
I don't have redness , watery eye or discharge just the dull soreness and seeing black dots
Your thoughts please!!!(I'm 28 yr old female)

Dear Samia,

If the black spots are stationary and not floating or moving, then best to see a eye specialist immediately as it could be a detachment.

Unfortunately, unless a dilated examination is done, one cannot know what the exact diagnosis is.

Hence, please do see an eye doctor given your past history.
