Ophthalmology & Optometry/eyes

MY wife has been dealing with eye issues for over a week now.
she has been on Lotemax gel for a week now. she said she is still have blurred vision problems. does this medicone cause that? im concerned this might be something real serious.

I issues especially blurred vision can be caused by many different things for example refry his arrow mainly myopia hyperopia astigmatism presbyopia corneal distortion lenticular distortion cataract as well as dry eye are just some of those items that may cause blurred vision,  along with macular degeneration and glaucoma , so it's impossible to diagnose her without evaluating  her.  Lotemax gel however can contribute to temporary blur because of Its viscosity    hope this helps Dr. Berger
