Ophthalmology & Optometry/nighttime glasses

Question
Is it dangerous or is it helpful to wear those tinted glasses that are advertised to reduce the glare while driving at night?

Answer
Hi Don,
So long as they are genuine, it is fine. However, many advertise glasses which are cheaper and tinted in an unscientific manner, hence look for a genuine source or a branded pair where you won't go wrong.
For e.g Oakley has a good range, albeit expensive.
