Ophthalmology & Optometry/Computer Work

I work on my computer all day; it is my job. I experience eye strain and fatigue.

Is it bad to wear sunglasses while on a computer?
Do computer glasses really work?

Sunglasses are only designed to wear outdoors for protection and comfort of the eyes from the harmful UV A and  U V
B. Rays of
Light from the sun and to
Minimize glare and reflections.  There are anti glare eyeglasses available for computer use and to
Relax the eyes fatigue which can set in after hours of tedious computer work.  And remember the Rule of 20:  for every
20 minutes on the
Computer, take a 20 second break and look
And an object 20 feet awAy    Hope this helps.  Dr Berger
