Ophthalmology & Optometry/dexa

Hi.  I was giving my son dexa rhinaspray once in his nose. He sneezed afterwards and some may have gotten in my eye. Should I be worried?

Hi Anta, I am unfamiliar with the medicine, but I looked it up and if it was a brief and minimal exposure that didn't hurt the eye, I would not worry.  See his doctor if it seemed to badly irritate the eye and the eye did not calm down.

I'm happy to answer questions about eye exam findings and procedures, glasses and contact lens types/prescriptions/problems. I can also answer questions about general eye conditions/diseases. I do not answer questions concerning surgical techniques/procedures. Please state your age or within a small range when asking questions, as it is often important.
