QUESTION: Dear doctor sorry may be I explained the problem with messy way

simply I meant that my measurement results

OD = -0.75 and -0,75 and 160 degree
OS = -1.5

which of these measurment represent vision shortage which represent astigamtsim ? from your point of view is this considered high astigmatism ?

my doctor recommend lasic or glasses , I hate wearing glasses , so is laser can eliminate the mentioned deficiency ? does lasic can eliminate astigmatism ? last thing does wearing and taking off glasses many times let the vision affected ?

ANSWER:  In the right I the first number represents your nearsighted correction the second number represents the astigmatism in the left eye you  show moderate nearsightedness only.  to date ,there are three ways to correct your vision problem   Eyeglasses, contact lenses ,or LASIK surgery -If you do not want to wear eyeglasses or get refractive surgery then contact lenses are a good option for you

QUESTION: no dear I hate wearing eye glasses also I have eye massive allergy which let me cant wear eye lenses too so whats your opinion ? I m suffering from eye blinking too much , my doctor said it not organic issue it is psychological or neural issue ? whats your opinion ?

last thing does wear and take off glasses many time can reduce nearsighted and increase astigmatism ?


Excessive blinking can be caused by many thinks among which are dry eyes, papillary conjunctivitis, inflammation, or neurogenic - which needs to be addressed by a neuroophthalmogist or neurologist.  And taking your eyeglasses on and off will not change your nearsightedness or astigmatism
