Question
I recently changed to a bifocal prescription. I am having a horrible time trying to focus on distant points that are moving - i.e. driving, running, golf, etc... The whole process is making me constantly dizzy. Is this a process that my eyes will adjust to or should I look at a new script?

Answer
Dear Mike,

Yes, it takes a while getting used to bifocals. Your optometrist will be able to help you. For eg. make two pairs of glasses, one for far work, other for near. Or try progressive glasses (although they are expensive.

Hope this information is useful,
