PLEASE READ FIRST. No medical related questions! Eyeglasses and Eyeglass lens related questions ONLY. I have been a certified Optician for 30 years and have owned three retail offices and I own my own optical manufacturing laboratory. I can expertly answer questions about eyeglasses and eyeglass lenses, fittings and fitting problems, lens problems and diagnosis, lens availability, optician qualifications, accuracy of lenses, best lens choice for your prescription/frame, repairs, problem high-end prescriptions, general eyeglass lens warranties, poorly made eyeglasses, all lens add-ons such as antireflective coatings (AR), mirrors, tintings, polarized lenses, specialty lenses etc. Lab equipment, lab equipment repair and diagnosis, lab problems, customer problems and customer relations, conflict resolutions. Since I am not a Doctor I cannot answer questions that are medical in nature and contact lenses.

I have 25 years as a practicing Optician. This includes all aspects of retail, wholesale and manufacturing of optical lenses.
