Question
What is the procedure for taking backup of a database created in MsSql and Oracle

Answer
Hi Nimitha,

I'll refer you to http://www.orafaq.com/wiki/Oracle_database_Backup_and_Recovery_FAQ on the subject of the Oracle database backup. Depending on the version of Oracle that you are using there can be a few options. You will need to determine which options suits your operational needs.

I would suggest that you can pose this question also on the MS SQL forum.

Hope this helps.

Peter
