Oracle has an quick easy-to-follow visual guide available here:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/obe/10gr2_db_single/install/wininst/wininst_otn... This is recommended for a quick no-hassle install.

Here's the official Oracle installation documentation on a Windows 32-bit OS: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/install.102/b14316/toc.htm. This is recommended if the above does quite work out as anticipated or you need some more details about the installation process.
