Question
Hello,

We are looking for an Human Resources solution for our company, but the whole environment is SqlServer database and IBM's DB2. Can you tell me if the PeopleSoft works with the same performance if I had installed Oracle DB?

thank you

Answer
Hi Leandro,

Oracle's PeopleSoft can be run on a Microsoft 32-bit or 64-bit platform. PeopleSoft 8.9, 9.1, 9.2 are support on all Microsoft SQL Server and IBM DB2 platforms.

If you are choosing to run on a Microsoft OS and using Oracle RDBMS 11gR2, that will work as well.

I hope this answers your question.
