Question
Hi Elliot,

I have question. I am taking a back up by using RMAN there is no enough space on disk it got failed so we have backup partially. How can we resume the backup.

Regards,
Venkat

Answer
Good day Venkat,

My assumption is that part of the backup was completed but some files weren't before it run out of disk space.

If that is the case, you can use "backup .. not backup since time" command from RMAN.

Example:
BACKUP
 NOT BACKED UP SINCE TIME 'SYSDATE-14'
 DATABASE PLUS ARCHIVELOG;

You can get more information about this at
