Question
constraint is disable in database but on saving data the msg show for constraint 'unique constraint(constraint_name) violated'

Answer
Hi Shailendra,

Please see the results of following query for the exact constraint_name which is disabled.

select table_name, constraint_name, status, validated from user_constraints
where constraint_name = 'yourconstraintname';

If the status is disabled, and you are getting error for the same constraint name then there is some problem. Mostly I think the constraint name which is giving error and the disabled one may be different.
