Answer
Hi Mohammed,

As a 1st time junior DBA, you can expect many technical questions.

In Sureshgandhi's blog (http://oracle-info.com/dbahelper/junior-dba-interview-questions/), he identifies a number of good questions on

- Database structurs
- Memory Management
- Database Security
- SQL (including SQL*PLUS and PL/SQL)
- Constraints

That may include some topics on:
- basic DBA administration, patching, installation, configuration
- some knowledge about the Server OS environment where the DB and software is to be installed

Other sites with some technical questions include:
* http://oracleonline.info/Oracle_Dba_interview_questions.html
* http://oradba4all.blogspot.ca/2011/05/junior-dba-interview-question.html
* http://www.dba-oracle.com/t_jr_dba_interview_tips.htm

A more experience DBA (http://oracle-info.com/dbahelper/senior-level-dba-questions/)would be asked questions on these topics:
- Database Administration
- Backup / Recovery
- Performance tuning & optimization
- Auditing
- High Availability (using RAC, Dataguard, etc.)
- Data Streaming
- Data Modelling / Data Architecture
etc.

I hope this and the reference site helps.
