QUESTION: But with sql language also we can Create and drop tables and data bases.then why DBMS.?

Answer
Hello Santhosh,

SQL is a structured query language having its own syntax using which we can create or drop tables in the DBMS. DBMS is a software which can be Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server etc, having their own structures, properties, but SQL can be used in all these to manipulate data or manage database.

Hope this helps
