Oral Surgery/Jaw Pain

Question
Hello Dr.Teig it's me Randy from orlando I had to make a new message as I couldn't reply anymore. In regards to the dentist you refereed me to at http://www.cforalsurgery.com/, the dentist I would be seeing his name is Brian D. Fuselier, DDS. This is the bio they listed about him "Brian D. Fuselier, DDS Dr. Fuselier obtained his BS degree for McNeese State University and his DDS degree from Louisiana State University. He completed a two-year fellowship at the University of Florida in Craniofacial Pain, and afterwards was selected to be the Oral Diagnostician at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota where he evaluated and treated patients from throughout the world. Dr. Fuselier has given multiple presentations throughout the nation on such topics as Taxonomy of Head Pain, Craniomandibular Evaluation and Treatment, and the Biochemistry of Head and Neck Pain. Dr. Fuselier is a member of the International Association for the Study of Pain, and the American Pain Society."

Him and Paul A Andrews that I asked you if he was okay to see as well are both dentists with their own experience with dealing with TMJ issues both are dentists that work in a office setting with those who are Oral Surgeons. If you can review Brian D. Fuselier information and if you think he's a better option to go see than Paul A Andrews I will make the appointment tommrow.

Here are links to both of their information once again

For Paul A Andrews

Between those two if you can tell me which one you are more comfortable with me seeing as both are dentists and not oral surgeons, even though they both work with oral surgeons. Thank you for your time.

Answer
Randy - I think either doctor will be appropriate.  I do not know either personally, but the records of both seem to be the type of doctors that should help you.

I wish you well and hope either of the doctors can help you.

Let me know how it turns out.
