Hi,
My husband right tonsil all of sudden looks really creamy white more so on the tonsilar pillar. I know it hast always looked this way so I am not sure If its due trauma or just normal tonsil tissue. Does this look like anything concerning? Should we consult his doctor if it remains? Thanks.

Answer
Kim - I have to tell you that in the picture I do not see any creamy white appearance.  In the future, if you have concerns, having your husband examined is a much better diagnosis that sending me pictures that do not tell the whole story.  So if you have concerns, make an appointment with his physician for an exam.
