Question
Hi I had two root canals tooth 20 and 21 lower left  it's been two weeks horrible pain facial numbness lip and chin electric shocks jaw pain taking amoxicillin two weeks and Motrin 609 every six hours one tooth was dead one had some calcification dentist went three mm past apex what do I do  looks like it's jammed right in nerve waiting  to see micro endontist  but I want thus tooth out both teeth are so warn out new dentist said there's no way previous dentist could put on crowns I need crown length done by periodontist maybe bone graft why didn't dentist tell me this I would not have had  rootcanals

Debbie if you had to have ancillary dental treatment to save the teeth after the root canal, the dentist should have definitely told you in advance.  If the dentist did not tell you, you should contact the state or local dental society and complain to them.  They should help resolving this situation.
