Question
various causes of swollen under chin . It is painful but not very much

Answer
Peace - Swelling under the chin could occur for a few reasons.  It could simply be from an infection of the lower front teeth and or their gums.  It could be from a blocked salivary gland under your tongue.  It could be from an inflamed lymph node.

No matter the cause, it is important that you have a skilled doctor, such as an oral surgeon or ear, nose and throat doctor examine you before the swelling becomes a more significant problem.
