Hi dr Joel
All fungus tests negative. Thyroid neg. sugar neg.
now I'm getting sloughing towards back of tongue near circumvallate papillae.maybe geographic tongue? Take a look and tell me what u think. Zoomed in as much as possible.

Answer
Steve -  I am really not sure from the pictures alone.  If you want a complete diagnosis, you need to either see and oral and maxillofacial surgeon or ENT to take a culture from the tongue and possibly a small biopsy.  That would be the best way to make sure what is occurring there.
