Organic Gardens - green bean bugs

Question
will cayanne pepper powdwer work on keeping the green bean bugs off the plants

Answer
Dear Dana:

Cayenne pepper is an effective organic deterrent for bugs on your green beans.

Here's the recipe:

Red Pepper spray for insect control

2 TBSP Red pepper (i.e. Cayenne
pepper from spice section)
6 drops of dishwashing liquid
1 gallon warm water

Mix thoroughly and pour into spray bottle for application.  Suggest twice weekly or more depending on your particular infestation.

Regards,

Mack Jean
