Unknown Veggie

Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me what kind of plant I have here. I planted 9 of them and they appear to be doing well but my kids removed the label and I'm not sure what kind of vegetable this is or if there anything I need to do to it before harvest. Thanks for your time.

Dear Robert:

I do believe you have young cabbage plants growing...and they are absolutely beautiful!!

Invite me over for coleslaw or corned beef and cabbage when the crop comes in....!!!
