Question I once saw in a well organized closet these plastic tops over the clothes to prevent dust on most things. do you know where I could find these things. My clost gets very dusty and I hate to even pick out clothes because they have to be dusted, etc.

That is a problem that is in a lot of homes, so you are not alone.
These are available in a lot of stores around the country. Just to name a few; WalMart, Bed Bath and Beyond, your local dollar store, Family Dollar, KMart, Younkers, and through many shopping places on the Internet.
They range in price, with the main factor being the thickness, durability and type of closing if you are looking for the total enclosed zipper kind. The type that is a half bag that only goes to the mid part of the clothing is less expensive.
A inexpensive method would be to use a plastic 33 gallon garbage bag and cut it to fit the article. Just cut a small slit in the top big enough for the hanger to go through. This way, if it rips or you choose to get rid of the item, it is something that you can discard without losing money.
If you are going to use plastic covers, you may also want to mark each plastic 'shoulder' with a specific color of magic marker, so you know which clothes are casual, dressy etc. When you label them in this way, it is easier keeping your closet organized when you have covers on the clothes.
