Question
seven days after a womans period she is unclean and everything she touches is unclean. do i become unclean if i have touched what she touched? if i sit in any chair, do i have to rinse my back, just in case an unclean woman touched it?
please explain further for me.

Answer
Han,
The rules of Niddah are quite in-depth and require consultation with a Rabbi. This is one of the many subjects you will study in depth during your conversion classes. They do not apply to non-Jews so I shouldn't worry about yet. Shalom!

PS You might take a look at Judaism 101 to get an early start on your studies.
