Orthodox Judaism/Covenant

Is it only about land, or is there a spiritual dimension as well?

Also, how is the original Covenant different from the New Covenant
of the New Testament?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your kind question. Trust you are well. I believe the covenants are metaphysical, incorporating the physical and the spiritual. Not sure that answers your question, if you care to be more specific I'll try to do the same.

In the new covenant, the Jewish people will all keep the original covenant perfectly and without needing to read or learn G-d's instructions; we will know them by heart. And the rest of the world will be perfected and no one will have to tell others about G-d as everyone will know Him.

Hope that helped, shalom!
