Do you ever use پست باد? It's in my dictionary, but my dictionary is rather old-fashioned.
Re "any ezafes", isn’t ezafe the name of the “e” in مردِ خوب “mard-e khub” etc. (meaning good man)? It can often be written with kasreh as I have just tried to do - hope the encoding doesn't let me down. The problem for me arises when they are not written, i.e. there is no kasreh, as it's not always easy to tell if an ezafe should be pronounced, at least not for me.
Oh, before I forget, please could you write your surname, Parsa, in Persian. It sounds very interesting – does it have anything to do with the historic province of Pars? What meaning does it have?

PS Does the word پست have a meaning on its own? Please could you use it in a sample sentence, pointing out any ezafes? (I hope I have managed to explain what an ezafe is.)

Answer "پست باد" is the exact translation of "down with" since "down" makes a meaning of something which is below something else. "پست" means cheap and "down". But this combination ("پست باد") either is not used at all, or it is used very very rarely - I have not ever heard this one. Using this idea is strongly not suggested.
Well, it was strange for me why you didn't write "اضافه" instead of "ezafe"! Yes, the "e" is called "اضافه" or "نقش نمای اضافه" only when two nouns are linked to each other. "نقش نمای اضافه" or the "e" means somehow "of" in English or "de" in Spanish and French. For example "دستِ کارلوس" which means "the hand of Carlos" or "Carlos's hand" ("la mano de Carlos" in Spanish).
But when making adjectives, the "e" is not called "اضافه". For example "مردِ خوب" has an "e" but this "e" is not called "اضافه" because the combination is an adjectival combination ("ترکیب وصفی"), not a "ترکیب اضافی".
Anyway, I hope you can get used to Persian script. I try to help you read them by writing pronunciations:
پست باد: past bäd
زنده باد: zende bäd
مرگ بر: marg bar
You see, there is no linking Kasre in three phrases above. They should be read without any linking "e".
"Parsa" is written like "پارسا" and has two meanings. One means pertaining to ancient Pars. They were called Parsian. The other one means one who is pious and admirer.
"پست" describes something "in a low level", "poor" and "cheap".
example 1: دورویی یکی از پست ترین صفات است. Duplicity is one the most "disgusting" attributes.
example 2: مناطق اطراف دریای سیاه شامل جلگه های پست و هموار میباشد. The areas around Black Sea consist of "low altitude" and flat plains.
To help you read the two examples, I write you the pronunciation:
ex1: doruyi yeki az past tarin sefät ast.
ex2: manäteqe aträfe daryäye siah shämele jolge häye past va hamvär mi bäshad.
