How do you say in Persian:
1. Up with democracy!
2. Down with dictatorship!

A most common way to say “up with democracy” in Persian is “زنده باد دموکراسی” and for “down with dictatorship”, Iranians say “مرگ بر دیکتاتوری” or “مرگ بر استبداد”.
Though this is not the exact translation, but it’s used very prevalently. If you take a look at Iranians’ different protests, you’ll see some people holding flags with “مرگ بر ...” written on them. For example, after Islamic Revolution of Iran, some slogans attacking Israel and the US were made and are still publicized in governmental demonstrations and schools: “مرگ بر اسرائیل” or “مرگ بر آمریکا” meaning “Down with Israel” or “Down with USA”.
On the other hand, they use some phrases practically meaning “up with something”. For example you may see and hear in the demonstrations: “زنده باد قدس”, “زنده باد آزادی” meaning “Up with Quds”, “Up with freedom” (Viva the freedom).
For “Up with something”, there are some other ways, for example: “پاینده باد ایران” or “جاوید باد ایران” which are less common than “زنده باد” and of course more literal.
And I didn't understand what you mean by saying "any ezafes".
