Question
was the band Black Sabbath involved in any kind of black magic or satanism?  I've heard them several times over the years saying they have nothing to do with it, and if anything warn agains it, but some of there album covers and lyrics would seem to speak to the contrary.  I was wondering if you may be able to share some light on this question.  Thanks for any help you may give.

Black Sabbath had an interest in the occult but didn't involve themselves in it. The album covers are simply the marketing behind the band, giving them a sense of evil or darkness. A witch (Alex Saunders) put a spell on the band, which is why they always wore crosses. Ozzy's father made the crosses for the band.
