I'm sorry to disappoint, but i don't really play that much anymore.
But about your strat of wraiths + tanks, and carriers + zealots. You're talking about late game right? do provide more information like if it's 1v1, on which map.
Containment can prevent you getting enough gas to build all those units. So be careful of that.

Try start off this way.
Build probes till 8/9
Build pylon
Build probes till 9/9
Keep building probes non-stop 1 by1
Build gateway once 150minerals
Build 2nd gateway once 150minerals
Build 2nd pylon.
From there keep building zealots, and rush the enemy with the zealots
