I've played with people at the top level and also entered different competitions, winning prizes as well. My speciality is more in the 1vs1 area, though I've participated in 2v2 and also 3v3 competitions before. I have also officiated the 1st World Cyber Games Competition (Singapore) in 2001.
Question Hey Denny,
I play fast money maps and with the Terran i do good for a while till about 10-15 in to the game i don't always know what to build, for example I'll build 20-40 marines and have good size army for a while then i fail to find out what i should do next by the time i figure it out for example build Goliaths and tanks i get killed, and i want to know what the smartest way to build and how to build, with building a good d and a good o, also i find if there is zerg in the game that i have a hard time taking them on because they make unites so fast.

Are you talking about 1v1 or team games. Usually in team games, the terran gets about 1-2 groups of tanks (12-24tanks). Seige them up to take care of mass hydralisks/land units.
Remember to upgrade them by building 2 armouries.
After which support the tanks with goliaths for anti air, and support when units push further in. Work with your teammates who should get some air units..etc.
YOu should have as many factories as possible if you're building goliaths and tanks. Usually i have around 4-6 by mid game. And 6-10 by end game if i have tons of money. That makes me able to pump out units fast and immediately when my units die.
Get up a few science vessels for detection and support to cast EMP shockwave against enemy protoss carriers, high templars...etc. Also irradicate on big groups of mutalisks..etc.
There's always the option to go battlecruisers. However unless you have another terran in the team who is going tanks. Team games on fast money maps often require the tanks for ground support.
