after i got the internet command and conquer red alert 2 no longer works on my pc and i would love to know how to get it working again so if u could tell me or tell me about someone who could that would be very helpful. my friend says it might b something about windows service pack but i dont even know wat that is

Your friend is right in saying its about WIndows.  Its unfortunate that Red Alert 2 will not run on Windows NT (I am assuming you have that)  Newer version of Windows will not run the game.  However just look up on any search engine (i.e. google) you can find a program or directions on how to run it, so it is possible to play it just not through regular means.
