Question
Hello there!
I've been told that if I delete the things in C:\Windows\Prefetch it will speed up my computer somewhat.  Is this safe?

Answer
No, deleting files from the system foler is not a good idea, instead if your computer is slow you should 'Optimize' your system.

That inclusdes but not limited to:
Virus scan and clean
Defragment your hard drive(s)
Remove un-nessesary files from the start up folder
Change the back ground to a less graphic intense picture or plain back ground

and there are more things you can do.
