I try everything even when on to realtek hd audio driver website and download the driver and still did not work and it still say "install relatek audio driver failure!" so I wonder if you could help me
I be very appreciate if you
Thank in regard
Answer When you look in the System Manager (right click on My Computer, select manage from the menu) in the right window under Device Manager do you see any thing under the 'sound, video, and game controlers'?
It should look like this:
SoundMax Integrated Digital HD Audio (this is from my computer)
This is the hardware for the embedded sound device.
If you do not see your RealTek HD Audio there then go into your bios setup and enable it.
If you do see it there and it will not accept a driver try disabling it in the bios, restart, go back into Device Manager and uninstall any drivers for the device.
Restart, insure that the device has not been found.
Restart, go back into bios and re-enable the sound device. Let the system start. Did the 'New hardware found' Wizard open up? If so let it find the drivers for the device.
If you re-enable the device and the 'New Hardware found' Wizard did not open, you can try to install the drivers manually by opening the Device Manager again, right click on the name of your computer in the right window, select 'Scan for Hardware changes'.
If it still can't find the hardware I would say that the hardware has failed.
