Hello, these are the parts of my PC (below) and my psu settings (end), It isn't a specific brand, we chose

Answer
I checked ASUS's web site, your memory and processor are supported for this motherboard.

Are you overclocking the processor and FSB? If so that is the problem, add more cooling to the processor and motherboard.

If not then you can try:

Power up and go into your bios, under the power settings there should be a hardware monitor option, open it up and see what the tempature of the motherboard and processor. Write it down.

Disable all embedded devices, sound, ethernet, usb, anything in the bios that is disableable. Remove any addon card with the exception of the video card. Power up and let it run for 10 minutes, restart and go into your bios, and see what the tempature of the motherboard and processor.

What is the tempature after the system has been running for a while at almost idle?

Next go to AMD's web site and see what the operating tempature of the processor is minimum and maximum tempatures. Is the processor tempature in the range? Is it close to the minimum or the maximum? If it is close to the minimum you can try to add another fan to the computer, if it is close to the maximum then you will need to increase the size and the fan on the processor.

If adding cooling to the computer does not solve your problem then you can either call ASUS and ask for a RMA to have the motherboard repaired or you can try another processor.

Unless you have a virus/spyware/trojan, I would suspect the processor is causing the system restarts because it is overheating the motherboard.

I just sent my ASUS P5K motherboard in for repair, it took 22 days round trip plus shipping to ASUS.
