I have pressed enter key, but it does not work at all and the screen message remain same
Please help me to find out the problem

Answer
Your problem is probably being caused by one of two different possibilities and both of them require you to have your Windows disk.

Either your Boot Sector of your hard drive is corrupted, or your hard drive itself has completely failed.

You are not going to know if your hard drive has completely failed unless you try to repair your Boot Sector and it still doesn't work.
So if you have your Windows disk you can use the Recovery Console to do a FIXBOOT and a FIXMBR. Here is instructions on how to do this:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314058

If, after you do a FIXBOOT and a FIXMBR, your problem is still happening then I would say your hard drive has failed and you will need to replace it and re-install your Windows from the beginning.
