Question QUESTION: hello..i hope this is the right place. i have problem with my screen
after reset my ink cartridge. it turns colorful stripes and i can't see anythings on screen. i tried many simes to get into safe mode and restart the computer and then it becomes ok. i also can play games. but if i shutdown my computer and turn it on again, it happened again and i need to get into safe mode to restart my computer. for your information, it happened from the ealier i on the computer. if my video card is getting bad..it should not happened from the earlier i on my computer...is it true...or somethings with the bios
please help me..
ANSWER: Hi Sy,
Go to Start then Run, type in the box MSCONFIG press OK.
Go to the Startup Tab.
Untick all except your antivirus software. Click on OK.
Restart the computer and then tick the small box then click OK.

hi..
here are some additional information..
when i uninstall video card driver my computer screen become ok
my video card is only 2 years..NVIDIA geforce 8400 GS
now i download the latest driver and try to reinstall it..
after that my screen suddenly creates a lot of stripes and colorful(i cannot see anything) then i restart the computer and get into safe mode. in safe mode i just can see a little. then i restar the computer as normal. then my screen become ok and also can play games with the driver installed. but if i shutdown the computer and turn it on again, it will happened again and i need to do the same steps.
help me please..
Answer Hi Again Sy,
Take out the newest video drivers that you have loaded and ONLY load the video drivers from the disc that you got when you first bought the video card.
If this doesn't help, then I think that you may need a new video card.
