hello..i hope this is the right place. i have problem with my screen
after reset my ink cartridge. it turns colorful stripes and i can't see anythings on screen. i tried many simes to get into safe mode and restart the computer and then it becomes ok. i also can play games. but if i shutdown my computer and turn it on again, it happened again and i need to get into safe mode to restart my computer. for your information, it happened from the ealier i on the computer. if my video card is getting bad..it should not happened from the earlier i on my computer...is it true...or somethings with the bios
please help me..

Hi Sy,

Go to Start then Run, type in the box MSCONFIG press OK.
Go to the Startup Tab.
Untick all except your antivirus software. Click on OK.
Restart the computer and then tick the small box then click OK.
