QUESTION: Hi Robert,

No, but I share the PC with other people. The other people don't seem to have problems with their flash drives. Robert, do you suppose a solution exists?

Nkutya

ANSWER: Hi Again Nkutya,

I really hope that a solution exists.

Nest plan - Let me do some research.

What is the make and model of your flash drive ?

QUESTION: Hi Robert,

Well, it says "My Flash", so i assume that's what it's called. There is an additional insciption, "A Data". Then behind it are some figures:
G512 and FM26B0504. It's pretty small-in appearance as well as capacity. That's about it!

Answer
Hi Nkutya,

Next plan.

Go into your BIOS and disable all USB. Boot the computer. Check that all USB Devices are gone in your Device Manager. Shut Down. Boot the computer and go into the BIOS again and enable the USB. Close down. Plug in your flash drive. Start up the computer with the flash drive plugged in. See what happens.

Maybe this time ?

Robert
