Question
Hi Robert,

Pardon my asking, but what's a BIOS and how do i get into it?

Nkutya.

Answer
Hi Nkutya,

The BIOS is the mainboard set up utility.

You get into the BIOS by pressing either F2 or the delete key AS SOON AS YOU BOOT THE COMPUTER.

This will bring you into the mainboard set up. You then go to Onboard Peripherals, look for the USB settings and disable them.

Then follow the instructions on the last answer.

If you are having trouble, please get back to me.

Robert
