Question
hello
i have a problem with all my usb ports. what do i do

Answer
Without more detail I'm not sure what problem you are having.

If your USB devices are not working properly, like not being seen by the computer, then you can try Uninstalling the USB Root Hubs and letting Windows reinstall them.
To do this,
1. Right-click on the My Computer icon
2. Select Manage
3. Open Device Manager by double-clicking it on the list
4. Go down to Universal Serial Bus controllers, click the + to expand the list
5. Right-click on each item and select Uninstall for any that have that option.
6. Restart your computer.

Windows will re-detect all of the USB components during boot up and reinstall them. Hopefully that will fix whatever is the issue you are having.
