Question
hello sir,i have a pentium III 300MHz computer.each time i start the computer ,it hangs at "CHECKING NVRAM".I have reset the CMOS battery,change a new battery ,check the RAM sticks but it still hangs at "CHECKING NVRAM".
Any help will be most welcomed.

You'll notice that some of the fixes given are a loose IDE cable where the hard drives plug in.
