Question
i have a dual processor CPU of AMD ethlon with 1gb ram on biostar motherboard with 80 gb hard drive. i have small netcafe is i can use the above cpu as a server for 3 users? please tell me

Hi Rajesh,

Yes you can on a simple peer-to-peer setup - but I would add another 1gb of RAM.

Hardware wise, all you need is a wireless router, an ethernet cable, and 2 ethernet usb wireless transmitter/receivers for the other computers.  If you are using laptops, they probable have wireless built in.

To set up your network, just enable file sharing on all computers (and printer sharing if you have one).  Then go to your control panel and open computer name'.  Give each computer a different name and, in the workgroup box, put the same name.

Then, in My Computer>network, all 3 computers should show up and let you share files and printers back and forth.
