Question QUESTION: yes when i plug in my pc then turn on the power switch the fan starts runing but when i push the front power swithch nothing happens it wont turn on
ANSWER: that means your pc stopped somewhere. to get a motherboard debug card which can be plugged into PCI slot and show where your pc stopped.
as usual, if there is none show in your screen, the pc stopped early. like cpu, or memory.
reinstall these parts and try is a easy way to fix loose problem.

QUESTION: another question is that i had another motherboard bought but i couldn't power it up either when i sent it back to company they tested it and it worked even showed a video if it working and i tested the power switch in another pc and it worked i cant figure it out plz help
ANSWER: I do not clearly understand you, you meant you have another board and the phenoema is the same. starts up and stop somewhere? if it is , you can also use debug card to find out the point. and change bad part and solve it.

QUESTION: the pc doesnt start up the guy says it could have been grounded wondering if that is possible
Answer If your motherboard has short to ground, that will be a phenomena:
1.you starts the motherboard.
2.the CPU fan is running and the pc turn off at once.
3.you press power button and no electricity. as the ATX Power protected, you can not starts your pc again unless you turn off AC power and on .
