Question yes when i plug in my pc then turn on the power switch the fan starts runing but when i push the front power swithch nothing happens it wont turn on
Answer that means your pc stopped somewhere. to get a motherboard debug card which can be plugged into PCI slot and show where your pc stopped.
as usual, if there is none show in your screen, the pc stopped early. like cpu, or memory.
reinstall these parts and try is a easy way to fix loose problem.
