PC hardware--CPU & Motherboard & RAM/my new computer. help

I have been on the market for a new computer and I have found 2. I'd love it if you would look at them and tell me which is better for the price. Also, can you tell me which of the 2 graphics cards are better?
Computer 1: http://mobile.walmart.com/ip/23745948

Computer 2: http://mobile.walmart.com/ip/35119953

Of the two, Computer 2 is technically the better system because it has a 6-core AMD processor and the first computer has a 4-core AMD processor.
However, the video card in the first one I personally think is better than the card in Computer 2. NVidia just makes better video cards, in my opinion.

If you know someone who has the skills to build a system you might also consider discussing the idea with them and going over your budget.

You might be able to use https://pcpartpicker.com/ to get a parts list together for around the same price range that beats both of those systems.
