Pacific Islands - Weather and water temperature in Fiji

Expert: Mick Maurer - 7/29/2007

Question
Hello,

My husband and I are thinking of visiting Fiji in late September.  How is the weather (rainfall) and the water temperature (as I get cold easily).  Thanks for your help!

Answer
Robin:
The weather in September will be great with lots of sun and sometimes afternoon thunder showers that come and go in a hour or so.  The water stays warm enough to swim and snorkel year round.  You should not have any problems with the cold, more so with the heat and humidity.
